On the 11th January three young people joined us under the Government ‘Kickstart Scheme’ via the Moray Chamber of Commerce . They will be with us for 6 months and are providing much needed help with:

• Laying the 2nd track through Dufftown station and up to the engineering shed
• General vegetation clearance, particularly fallen trees after recent storms
• Helping with the interior conversion of one of our passenger carriages.
